This website is operated by AI7 Optivaro Ltd, a company registered in Rwanda (RDB Registration No. 260611043184510, TIN 155865478), Kigali. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this website is
This site describes the AI automation services we offer and lets you request a call. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice. Scope, timelines and price for any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract, which takes precedence over anything stated here.
Enquiries and free audits
Submitting a form or booking a call creates no obligation on either side. We aim to respond quickly but do not guarantee a response time to unsolicited enquiries. We reserve the right to decline work.
Results and claims
Any figures, case studies or outcomes shown on this site describe results achieved by specific named clients under their specific conditions. They are not a promise or guarantee of the results your business will get. Results depend on your market, your offer, your team and factors outside our control.
Third-party platforms
Our systems are built on third-party platforms — including WhatsApp/Meta, OpenAI, Google, Supabase and payment providers. Those platforms set their own rules, pricing and availability, and can change them. We are not responsible for a third-party platform changing its terms, suspending an account, or going down. Where a platform charges usage fees, those are yours unless your contract says otherwise.
Your responsibilities as a client
You are responsible for the accuracy of information and content you give us, for holding valid accounts on the platforms we integrate, and for how you communicate with your own customers through the systems we build — including obtaining any consent required by law before messaging them.
Intellectual property
The AI7 Optivaro name, logo, site design, copy and code are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. For client projects, ownership of deliverables is defined in the project contract; we retain the rights to our underlying tools, frameworks and know-how.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep this site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by Rwandan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profits or lost data — arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and the courts of Rwanda have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
